Bardstown Middle School
SBDM Minutes – March 17, 2010 – 4:00 pm
Members Present: Bob Blackmon, Jamie Werner, Ann Guthrie, Sandy Dennison, Amy Leasgang, Mr. Rogers
I. Agenda – Reviewed. Guthrie made motion to accept the minutes. Leasgang seconded the motion.
II. Minutes of last meeting – Reviewed. Guthrie made motion to accept the minutes. Dennison seconded the motion.
III. MUNIS Report – Review of financial report. Report is quite misleading/confusing. Bottom lines of report are accurate. New camera system is in phase one. Wiring and some cameras have been installed but not operational. Completion of project will be during the summer.
IV. Reports
V. Policy Review – A-School re-admittance policy will be revisited next month. Guthrie has been charged with researching former policy.

VII. Set Agenda/date - Amy White will be on the agenda next meeting to discuss and share RTI information and the workshop she attended. Seven period days continued – possible schedule change to accommodate RTI and related arts. Budget is still up in the air for next year. No new staff. Ten percent of budget to board.
