This Helpdesk does not cover Infinite Campus Is the Power plugged in to a working outlet for the computer/monitor/printer? Is the network cable plugged in at both ends? Are there lights on the front of the computer/monitor/printer (green, amber or flashing)? Are all cables connected securely?
